Enterprise

This page centralizes enterprise actions, commercial terms, privacy protections, and post-completion responsibilities for InternaLynx clients.

Terms and Conditions

Commercial terms officiated for client work

These terms define how InternaLynx scopes, prices, delivers, transfers, and closes enterprise website work.

Service Scope

InternaLynx provides website creation and website modification services only. Work begins after project scope, required pages, requested functions, visual references, and commercial terms are reviewed and accepted.

Payment Terms

A project may require a deposit before development begins. Remaining balances, taxes, and approved add-on costs must be paid before final transfer, source-file release, or deployment handoff is completed.

Delivery and Revisions

Delivery timelines depend on project size, client response time, content readiness, and revision volume. Requests outside the approved scope, additional rounds of edits, or newly introduced features may change price and schedule.

Acceptance and Transfer

When a project is approved and paid, ownership can be transferred into the client’s control. After transfer, InternaLynx is no longer the default operator of the live website unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed.

Post-Completion Responsibility

The client becomes the operator after development

InternaLynx can design, build, revise, and transfer a website, but once development is complete and the site is handed over, the client is responsible for operating it. That responsibility includes technical upkeep, business accuracy, and the cost of any services required to keep the website online.

Client Responsibility After Completion

After development is completed and the website is transferred, the client becomes responsible for hosting invoices, domain renewal, SSL renewal, administrator access control, content updates, legal disclosures, and all future operational decisions tied to the website.

Maintenance Boundary

InternaLynx may provide later maintenance, repairs, or modifications as a separate negotiated service. Ongoing support is not automatic simply because a website was originally developed by InternaLynx.

Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for subscriptions, API services, plugins, email providers, analytics tools, or external platforms connected to the finished website unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Security and Access

Once credentials have been delivered, the client is responsible for password management, staff account permissions, backup routines, and any security issues caused by later edits, weak passwords, unsafe uploads, or unmanaged software.

Responsibility Summary

What remains with the client

Billing and Renewals

The client is responsible for hosting charges, domain renewal fees, email service invoices, plugin subscriptions, and any third-party platform costs required after launch.

Content and Legal Review

The client must review all final text, policies, product information, service claims, media usage rights, and regulated disclosures before the website goes live.

Future Changes

If the client later wants edits, new features, bug fixes, or redesign work, that work is treated as a new modification request and may require new pricing, scheduling, and approval.

Privacy Policy

Client data stays private and is not shared

InternaLynx uses project information to perform requested services and does not share that data for unrelated commercial purposes.

Information Collected

InternaLynx may collect names, business names, phone numbers, email addresses, business addresses, website domains, project goals, page requirements, design references, budget ranges, and related notes submitted through the contract form or direct communication.

How Information Is Used

Client information is used only to review requests, communicate with the client, prepare quotations, develop the requested website, deliver transfer details, and maintain internal service records related to the project.

No Data Sharing

InternaLynx does not sell, rent, trade, broker, or voluntarily share client data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Client data stays private and is used internally for service delivery unless the client specifically requests a transfer-related action or disclosure is required by law.

Client Content and Confidentiality

Business documents, copy, credentials, internal references, and unpublished materials supplied for development are treated as confidential working materials. They are used only for the requested project and are not published, reused, or showcased without permission.

Data Handling Statement

InternaLynx does not sell client data, does not rent client data, and does not give client data to marketers or unrelated outside parties. Information submitted for a project is kept for internal business communication, development coordination, delivery, and recordkeeping tied directly to the requested website service.

Additional Policies

Refunds, disputes, compliance, and publishing accuracy

Refund Position

Refund discussions may be considered for dissatisfaction, bugs, security concerns, copyright concerns, or failure to deliver the approved scope. After a complete website or completed modification has been delivered and transferred, any refund is limited, partial, and strictly negotiated at InternaLynx discretion.

Compliance and Refusal of Service

InternaLynx may refuse, pause, or terminate service for illegal content, deceptive activity, abusive conduct, infringement concerns, unsafe requests, or repeated scope abuse. The client must ensure that all supplied content and instructions are lawful and properly authorized.

Operational Accuracy

The client is responsible for reviewing final content, prices, forms, legal notices, privacy statements, and business claims before launch. InternaLynx does not assume responsibility for inaccurate client-provided business information published on the completed website.

Proceed With Intake

Use the contract survey for new work or approved changes

The contract survey remains the required intake path for new website builds, modification requests, and project information collection before development begins.
